Technical system (TS) models are widely used for setting and solving problems the improvement of biomedical engineering systems beyond simple parameter optimisation. They mostly focus on elements, change or replacement which can provide significant technical economic benefits. The natures TS their methods construction vary, but they all share several common features: a functional approach, conflicting demands put particular elements interactions, that assume significance those conflicts. Thus, modelling aims to visualise conflicts in way facilitates tasks lead elimination. Such be termed problem-oriented. Results analysis problem-oriented proposed by different authors have shown model structure problem functions fragments responsible such functions. A graphic representation these allows comparison identification opportunities further development aggregation. In this paper, joint application known is suggested efficient forecasting modernisation.
